Shipping timelines
Accepted orders ship within three business days.
If we accept the order, it ships within seven calendar days. We accept it only when we can reasonably expect to meet that date.
These are ship-by dates, not guaranteed carrier delivery dates. If we cannot ship an accepted order on time, we offer a revised date or cancellation with a prompt refund.
Cancellation policy
All items may be cancelled within 24 hours after order confirmation for a full refund. This includes in-stock, sourced and specialty items. Cancelling your entire order within that window includes a refund of shipping and taxes. We issue full refunds for valid cancellations within three business days, with no restocking fee. Your payment provider may take additional time to post the refund.
This window does not limit applicable rights for shipping delays or wrong, damaged or defective goods. A product inquiry is not an accepted order. For an incorrect item, we cover return shipping and send the correct replacement at no additional cost.
