Product request privacy

A product request is an inquiry, not an accepted order, payment or stock reservation.

Information in a request

We collect your name, email, destination address, selected product, unit and quantity, along with a request reference and creation time. We use this information to review your request and follow up about availability, pricing and shipping.

Do not include payment details, health information or identification documents.

Where the information goes

Requests are stored in our hosted service on Render and copied into our private back-office queue and backup records. Backups contain copies of request information.

Email choices

Submitting a product request does not subscribe you to marketing emails. Launch-update signup is a separate choice.

How long we keep records

Unfinished inquiries expire seven calendar days after submission and are removed on the next successful cleanup check. Removal includes our hosted request records, private queue, and managed backup copies. Service interruptions can delay cleanup. Minimal identifiers remain to prevent removed inquiries from being restored.

Accepted-order records are retained for three years after fulfillment or cancellation. They are reviewed for removal at the end of that period, separately from unfinished inquiries.

Independent exports, provider backups, and filesystem snapshots are outside our managed cleanup. Contact us with questions about correction or removal.
